Question: Do I have to sign a contract?

Answer: Nope! We work month-to-month, so you can cancel at any time.

Question: How quickly can we get started?

Answer: 95% of our new customers are up and running 1-3 days after we receive their inventory. The amount of time really depends on how much inventory you want to store.

Question: Do you work with international clients?

Answer: Absolutely! If you're looking to have a US facility to ship out orders we're here to help.

Question: Which companies do you use to ship out packages?

Answer: We have daily pick-ups with UPS and USPS. We can also ship via DHL and, if you have your own account number, FedEx.

Question: Do you ship international orders?

Answer: We sure do, and we fill out all of the customs paperwork for you for just an additional $1 per order.

Question: What if you make a mistake with one of my orders?

Answer: Mistakes do occasionally happen. Rest assured that any screw-ups will be taken care of at our expense. We'll issue a call tag to retrieve the incorrect product and reship the correct item on our dime.
